HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

Shipping is a flat-rate $8.95. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before discounts are applied).

ARE RETURNS FREE?

No, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at info@shopclothingbar.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return and receive approval. Please note that you will need to send the item(s) back to us at your own expense, and eligible returns will only receive store credit or an exchange. We do not send you a reuturn label. However, we do offer free shipping back to customers for any exchanged item. Initial shipping is always non-refundable.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

After you place your order, it will be shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Although most packages will be shipped earlier than that. Please send us an email or direct message on Instagram if you need your order to be shipped by a specific day, and we will try our best to expedite your order fulfillment. Note that all packages are shipped from Naples, FL.

CAN I ADD ON TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING ONE?

Yes! You have a 12-hour window to add more items to your order without paying for shipping again. In case the 12-hour period has elapsed and your order hasn't been shipped yet, feel free to reach out to us via email or Instagram direct message, and we'll gladly grant you free shipping so that you can add more items to your package.

WHAT IF I PRE-AUTHORIZE AN ITEM?

By pre-authorizing, you indicate your desire to purchase the item and consent to being charged when it becomes available again. Please note that not all items will be restocked, but we make every effort to restock the items that have been pre-authorized.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package through the designated shipping carrier's website.

LOST PACKAGES

Clothing Bar is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. It is essential to provide a secure shipping address where you can receive your package safely. If you have any concerns about the delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
